Our programme focuses on enhancing emotional regulation, executive functioning, cognitive ability, and motor skills using a blend of exercise physiology, learning integration, and art therapy.

Our Prep Readiness Programme is tailored to recognise and celebrate these individual differences, fostering an environment where children can thrive and grow. Emotional Regulation

Understanding and managing emotions is a crucial aspect of early development. Our programme integrates techniques to help children recognise and regulate their feelings. We use mindfulness exercises, calming strategies, and social-emotional learning to support emotional resilience and self-awareness, ensuring children can navigate their emotions with greater ease and confidence.

Executive Functioning

Executive functioning skills are vital for planning, organisation, and goal-setting. Our curriculum incorporates activities designed to enhance these skills, including structured routines, memory games, and problem-solving tasks. By focusing on these areas, we help children develop the ability to manage tasks, stay focused, and make thoughtful decisions.

Cognitive Ability

Cognitive development is at the core of our Prep Readiness Programme. We engage children in activities that stimulate cognitive growth, such as puzzles, storytelling, and interactive learning games. Gross and Fine Motor Skills

Physical development is supported through tailored exercise physiology and motor skill activities. Our programme includes exercises that improve coordination, balance, and strength, as well as fine motor activities that enhance hand-eye coordination and dexterity. These activities are designed to be both fun and functional, promoting physical health and skill development.

Learning Integration

We believe in a holistic approach to learning that integrates various developmental domains. Our programme combines academic learning with creative expression, helping children connect new knowledge with their experiences. By incorporating different learning styles and methods, we ensure that every child has the opportunity to engage and succeed.

Art Therapy

Programme Details

Our Prep Readiness Programme is a weekly 3-hour session, designed to fit into your family’s schedule while providing consistent, focused support. The programme can be delivered individually or in small groups, depending on what is most appropriate for the child’s needs. Additionally, the programme can be NDIS funded if our goals align with your child’s plan.
