We provide therapy and services to children, adolescents and young adults.
Our specialised programs are designed to support neurodiverse children, adolescents and young adults in a warm, inclusive environment that fosters growth, creativity, and confidence. We incorporate primitive reflex integration and social thinking into our child-led, play-based approach, creating a supportive space where neurodiverse individuals can explore, learn, and develop at their own pace.

Through a blend of therapy, play, and creative expression, we help neurodiverse individuals build essential skills while embracing their authentic selves.
Our focus on primitive reflex integration helps neurodiverse individuals achieve better motor control and cognitive function, while social thinking activities enhance their ability to navigate social interactions in a positive and meaningful way.

Types of Therapy offered
Individual Therapy
Neurodiverse Playhouse Individual Therapy utilises a play-based, child-led approach that supports primitive reflex integration while celebrating each child and adolescent’s emerging potential and presuming competence. Primitive reflexes, essential for early development, can sometimes remain active beyond infancy, impacting movement, emotional regulation, and sensory processing. Through purposeful, engaging, play, children are guided to naturally integrate these reflexes, fostering greater body awareness, coordination, and self-regulation. By following the individuals lead and incorporating activities that align with their interests and strengths, therapy creates a joyful and empowering space for growth. This approach respects neurodivergent ways of learning and interacting, helping children build a strong foundation for emotional and cognitive development while unlocking their unique potential
Group Therapy
Neurodiverse Playhouse Group Therapy offers a dynamic space for children and adolescents to build social development skills through the Social Thinking approach. Designed for those who have progressed through our individual programs and are ready to engage in group settings, our programs focus on fostering essential social skills such as perspective-taking, self-regulation, and communication. With a play-based, child-led structure, participants are supported in understanding and managing their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in relation to others.
By presuming competence and celebrating individual strengths, we create a safe and empowering environment where children and adolescents can practise these skills with peers, enhancing their ability to form meaningful relationships and navigate social situations with greater ease and confidence.

Join us at Neurodiverse Playhouses for our Family Social Saturdays, where we celebrate the power of art and play to strengthen family bonds and foster connections within our community. Families in our programme are invited to participate in engaging activities designed to promote creativity, communication, and collaboration. From collaborative art projects to interactive games and sensory play, there's something for everyone to enjoy.
