Melissa Biedak founded Neurodiverse Playhouse with a simple but powerful belief:
every child deserves a place where they feel safe, understood, and free to be themselves.
Melissa’s journey began not in business, but in real life—supporting and advocating for her own child. Through firsthand experience, she saw how difficult it was to find environments that truly embraced differences rather than trying to “fix” them.
She noticed a gap:
Spaces were either too overwhelming, too rigid, or not inclusive enough.
So she decided to create something different.
Melissa imagined a play space designed with neurodiverse children in mind—not as an afterthought.
